Delivery is free to UK mainland addresses, including mainland Scotland. Machines ship crated on a pallet, on a tail-lift vehicle. The carrier telephones to agree a delivery slot; we do not deliver without contacting you first.
Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands are quoted case by case. Ask before ordering and we will confirm the cost in writing.
You must be able to accept a pallet at kerbside on firm, level ground. Deliveries to soft verges, steep drives or unmade tracks may be refused by the carrier.
You may return a machine within 30 days of delivery for any reason. It must be complete, in the original crate where possible, and in a condition that reflects normal inspection rather than commercial use.
We arrange collection. Where the return is not due to a fault or a mis-description, the cost of collection (typically £120–£180 depending on postcode) is deducted from your refund. Faulty or wrongly described machines are collected at our cost with a full refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the machine reaching us.
Machines carry a two-year warranty on parts we supply and a one-year engine warranty backed by the engine manufacturer's UK service network.
Wear items are excluded: blades, carbide teeth, belts, filters, anvils, tyres and rubber tracks. Damage caused by feeding stone, wire, metal or frozen material into a machine is not covered, nor is damage from missed servicing.
Warranty work is carried out by our UK service partners or by parts dispatch, at our discretion. Keep your service records — we will ask for them on any engine claim.
We collect only what we need to quote, sell and deliver: your name, contact details, delivery address and order history. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
Payment card details are never held on this website. Card processing is handled by our payment provider, and this site does not take card numbers at any point.
You may ask for a copy of your data or its deletion at any time by emailing support@branchforge.shop. We respond within 30 days as required by UK GDPR.
All prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate. A VAT invoice is issued with every order.
Title to a machine passes on full payment. Risk passes on delivery. Specifications are nominal and may vary between production batches; where a difference would materially affect your use, tell us within 30 days and the returns policy above applies.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
